On or about August 1, 1995. the Teacher Standards and Practices Commission
received a report, indicating that David Allan Bradley had been charged with 3 Counts
of Contributing to the Sexual Delinquency of a Minor and 2 Counts of Sex Abuse II in
Marion County. Bradley agreed to a stipulated Facts Trial and on March 7, 1996,
Bradley was convicted on one count of Sex Abuse III (ORS 163.415) in Marion Count
District Court. Charges other than one count of Sex Abuse III were dismissed. The
Executive Secretary took action to notify Bradley of intent to revoke his teaching
license, and to inform him of his opportunity for hearing.
The notice of opportunity for hearing was sent by U.S. Certified Mail, Return Receipt
Requested and U.S. First Class Mail. Mr. Bradley did not request a hearing.
~ FINDINGS OF FACT
1. David Allan Bradley holds an Oregon Basic Teaching License endorsed in social
studies and valid from August 10, 1995 until July 9, 1999.
, 2. David Allan Bradley was employed as a substitute teacher and coach at
' Cascade Union High School in Turner during the 1994-95 school year.
3. On or between August 1, 1994 to December 31, 1994, Bradley knowingly had
sexual intercourse at least four times with a female student (DD).
4. The sexual intercourse occurred in Marion County, State of Oregon at Bradley's
house on 8133 West Stayton Road SE, Aumsville, Oregon.
5. The female student ODD) was Bradley's student at Cascade High School.
6. Bradley knew the femalestudenfs (DD) age, having sent her flowers at the
school on her 18th birthday.
7. On March 7, 1996, Bradley was convicted in Marion County District Court on
one count of Sex Abuse III.
ULTIMATE FINDINGS OF FACT
David Allan Bradley was convicted in Marion County District Court on one count of
Sex Abuse III on March 7, 1996.

, CONCLUSIONS OF LAW
Under ORS. 342.175 conviction for the crime of Sex Abuse III (ORS 163.415) requires
the Commission to revoke the license of an educator.
ORDER
The Commission revokes the Oregon Basic Teaching License #290493, issued to
David Allan Bradley, for conviction of the crime of Sex
Abuse III. . K
