Mr. Kaltwasser shall, at his own expense, participate in an intensive three-hour 2 education program for sexual harassment with a qualified trainer of the Commission’s choosing. 3 The Commission will provide the trainer with The Notice of Opportunity for Hearing and the 4 Report of Preliminary Investigation and this Stipulation and Order prior to Mr. Kaltwasscr’s 5 beginning the program. The program trainer will provide the Commission with a report of 6 successful program completion. 7 2. Mr. Kaltwasscr shall comply with all TSPC standards under OAR 584, Division 20. 8 3.
