Mr. Jager and the Commission have now reviewed the matters alleged and have 10 agreed that their respective interests, together with the public interest are best served by a 11 stipulation to certain facts and a revocation of Mr, Jager’s right to apply for reinstatement of his ~ 12 teaching license, This agreement sets for the facts upon which the parties have agreed and the 13 Commission’s order, 14 STIPULATED FACTS 15 1. Mr. Jager held a basic Oregon Teaching License from August 1988 until May 9, 16 2000, when the licensed expired. Mr. Jager does not hold a currently valid teaching license, 17 2. ORS 342.175 authorizes the Commission to revoke the right Of any person to 10 apply for a license if the person has held a license at any time within five years prior to the issue 11 of notice of charges. . 12 2. Mr. Jager was convicted of Sexual Abuse in the First Degree, and the 13 Commission is required to revoke the license or the right to apply for reinstatement of a license l4 Of any person who has been convicted of Sexual Abuse in the First Degree.
