On April 2o, 2012, Braich’s C-1 application for renewal of her Oregon licensure 9 was referred to investigations for review of her answers on the character 10 questions section. Specifically, Braich answered ‘yes’ to Character question 8 but 1 1 did not provide the required explanation. The C0mmission’s investigation 12 determined that Braich failed to explain a 2008 DUII conviction as part of the 13 character questions section of Braich’s C-1 application as required.
