9 On or about December 23, 1999, the Teacher Standards and Practices Commission received a
10 copy of the Judgement, Conviction and Sentencing Order for Steven Anthony Fedde, indicating
ll that Fedde was convicted of two counts of Using a Child in Display of Sexually Explicit
12 Conduct. The Executive Director took action to notify Feede of intent to revoke his right to
13 reinstate his Oregon Teaching license, and to inform himopportunity for hearing. The notice,
14 dated January 3, 2000, and signed by David V. Myton, Executive Director, notified Fedde that
15 he had 21 days to request a hearing from the date of the notice. The notice of opportunity for
16 hearing was sent by U.S. Certified Mail, Return Receipt Requested.

20 On December 20, 1999, Steven Anthony Fedde was convicted of two counts of Using a Child in
21 Display of Sexually Explicit Conduct, ORS 163.670, in Umatilla County Circuit Court.

25 Steven Anthony Fedde pled guilty and was convicted of two counts of Using a Child in Display
26 of Sexually Explicit Conduct, a Class A Felony, in Umatilla County Circuit Court.

3O Under ORS 342.175 conviction for the crime of Using a Child in Display of Sexually Explicit
31 Conduct, ORS 163.670, requires the Commission to revoke the right of an educator to reinstate
32 his license.

36 The Commission revokes the right of Steven Anthony Fedde to reinstate his Oregon Teaching
