After a review of the matters alleged, Mr. Bradshaw and the Commission have agreed that their respective interests, together with the public interest. are best served by a stipulation to oertain facts and an order imposing a public reprimand and a period of probation. - In entering into this stipulation, Mr. Bradshaw waives his right to a hearing and understands that the Commission will impose the discipline set forth in this order. This Stipulation and Order are contingent upon approval by the full Commission. If the Commission does not approve this stipulation and proposed order, it is understood that any waiver of rights by Mr. Bradshaw is therefore revoked. Mr.‘ Bradshaw has held a Standard Teaching License with an endorsement in » special education since 1996. He has been employed as a teacher by the Eugene. Bethel and Crow-Applegate School Districts. 2. On April 27, 2001, Mr. Bradshaw agreed to pay a fee to engage in sexual . conduct. This behavior constituted the crime of prostitution. ' 3. _ Mr. Bradshaw disclosed this information to the Commission in his application for renewal of his teaching license dated December 8. 2002. OAR 584-020-0040(5)(e). I ORDER I The Commission imposes a public reprimand against Michael Sean Bradshaw. i This Order shall serve as the public reprimand. Furthermore, the Commission imposes a three (3) year period of probation, subject to the following terms and conditions: ‘ 1.
