Daniel F Williamson has been licensed by the Commission since September 18, 1979. 35 Williamsorrs Standard Teaching License. with an endorsement in Standard Biology Page 1 STIPULATlON OF FACTS AND FlNAL ORDER OF REPRIMAND AND PROBATION“ WlLLlAMSON, DANIEL E 1 (020), was issued on August 21. 2011, and expires on August 20, 2016. During all 2 relevani times, Williamson was employed by the North Clackamas School District, 3 2. On November 15, 2011, the Commission received a report that Williamson had exercised 4 poor judgment in student management. An investigation was conducted by both the 5 district and the Commission. Investigations determined that while substituting at 6 Milwaukie High School, Williamson and a student (JF) engaged in a eonfi'ontation in 7 from of the classroom. JF was disruptive, vulgar, profane and disrespectful, 8 V\’illiamson’s responses included verbally embarrassing JF in front of other students, 9 tolling the classroom that “JFdirlnY get enough nttemionfrom his mommy and daddy”, 10 and physically grabbing JFR hood and backpack and redirecting him closer to face 1 1 Williamson. Williamson then sought to resolve the matter by having a discussion with 12 JF, At one point, Williamson said in response to JF “Obviously you don’t want this to 13 end, so I ‘l! tell you wlmt. During the conflict, Williamson 28 attempted to resolve the situation but the student remained antagonistic. Williamson’s Educator License; I 12 2. Williamson is hereby placed on probation for a period of one (1) year from the 13 date this order is signed by the Commission subject to the following conditions: 14 a.
