Schrunk, ll Multnomah County District Attorney, indicating that Randolph Davis pled guilty and 12 was convicted of Rape III and two counts of Sodomy III. The Executive Director took l3 action to notify Mr. Davis of intent to revoke his teaching license, and to inform . 14 himopportunity for hearing. The notice, dated October 27, 1999, and signed by David 15 V. Myton, Executive Director, notified Davis that he had 21 days to request a hearing 16 from the date of the notice. 17 ' I8 The notice of opportunity for hearing was sent by U.S. Certified Mail, Return Receipt Requested l9 #Z 226 504 299 to Davis at his residence.
