Mr. Batenhorst requested a 10 hearing on the allegations, but before a hearing date was set, the parties agreed that their 11 respective interest and the interests of the State were best served by a Stipulation of Facts and ‘ . 12 Order of Revocation as set forth below. i 13 STIPULATION 0F FACTS 14 1‘ Mr. Batenhorst holds a basic teaching license endorsed for basic advanced 15 mathematics 019 and valid until July 3, 2003‘ 16 2.
